- Specification and tolerances — your measurement tolerances and acceptance criteria are recorded in writing.
- Approved sample — sealed where the programme calls for it, and used as the physical reference.
- Materials and packing — trims, construction, labelling and packing are confirmed with the partner factory.

During production
Bulk is checked against it.
- Agreed checkpoints — the in-line checks scoped for your programme are run at the agreed points and sampling level.
- Findings — reported to you as bulk progresses, against the written criteria.
- Corrective action — anything outside those criteria is documented and followed through to resolution.

Before shipment
Final checks before release.
- Final check — finished goods are checked against the approved reference and the agreed criteria.
- Packing and labelling — carton presentation is confirmed before release.
- Export documentation — prepared before departure is scheduled.
