Audit and certification requirements are confirmed programme by programme, based on your buyer requirements, the product and the destination market. We will tell you what a partner factory can evidence before you commit — and where it cannot.

Buyer specifications and agreed acceptance criteria
Quality starts with what you define. We record your specification, measurement tolerances and acceptance criteria in writing, and work to that document rather than to an assumed standard.

Approved and sealed samples where applicable
Where the programme calls for it, an approved sample is sealed and used as the physical reference for bulk. Deviations are raised against that reference, not against opinion.
- 03Align
Documented pre-production alignment
Before bulk starts, materials, trims, construction, labelling and packing are confirmed with the partner factory and shared with you, so everyone is working from the same brief.
- 04Inspect
In-line and final checkpoints agreed per programme
Checkpoints are scoped with you at the outset — what is checked, when, by whom and at what sampling level. We do not apply a single blanket inspection routine to every order.
- 05Correct
Issues tracked through corrective action
Where something falls outside the agreed criteria, it is documented, communicated to you, and followed through corrective action at the factory until it is resolved or a decision is agreed.

Partner-factory compliance scoped to buyer, product and market
Compliance expectations differ by buyer, product and destination market. We scope what your programme requires and confirm what a partner factory can evidence for it.

Specification recorded, materials and trims confirmed, sample approved and sealed where applicable, acceptance criteria written down and pre-production alignment documented with the partner factory.

During bulk
The checkpoints scoped for your programme are run at the agreed points and sampling level, findings are reported to you, and anything outside the agreed criteria is followed through corrective action.

Before shipment
Finished goods are checked against the approved reference and the agreed criteria, and packing, labelling and documentation are confirmed before departure is scheduled.
