Develop
Define the brief
We start by testing whether the programme works. We review the product, target market, quantities by colour and delivery window, then tell you plainly what is realistic before anything moves.

02 — Source materials & select production partners
Fabric, trims and construction are matched to the brief, and the programme is placed with the independent partner factory best suited to it.
You receive: Fabric and trim options with the reasoning behind each one.
Your decision: You approve the material direction and the proposed production route.
03 — Sample & refine
First samples and fit samples are made, then corrected round by round against your specification until the garment matches what you asked for.
You receive: Samples, measurement records and a log of every change made.
Your decision: You comment on each sample round and confirm when the garment is right.
04 — Approve for production
Materials, the sealed sample where one applies, and the agreed acceptance criteria are documented and signed off before bulk starts.
You receive: An approved reference and written acceptance criteria for the programme.
Your decision: You give written approval to begin bulk production.
05 — Manage production & quality
We track progress at the partner factory, run the checkpoints agreed for the programme, and keep you informed as bulk runs.
You receive: Progress updates and findings from the agreed checkpoints.
Your decision: You decide how to proceed on anything raised outside the agreed criteria.
06 — Prepare & coordinate shipment
Packing, labelling, export documentation and shipment are coordinated so goods leave in the condition and format agreed with you.
You receive: Packing details, export documentation and shipment coordination.
Your decision: You confirm packing, labelling and shipping arrangements.
